Using our knowledge, experience and skills effectively and correctly, being able to express ourselves well in our professional and private lives, and being able to explain our work well and correctly increases our success. As in all fields of work, we have to be in one-to-one communication with people in the beauty industry. Having a healthy communication ability enables us to be loved, respected and trusted people in our environment. If an individual expresses herself/himself in the right way with good communication, she/he will not lack self-confidence in society.

Sales and marketing has become a part of life, appearing in every aspect of life. Even when we are talking to the other person, we are marketing our thoughts and ideas to them without even realizing it. Since the esthetician can work in all areas of the sector, she must have developed this ability in the departments where she is responsible for service and product sales.

We all want to impress the person in the first meeting and make a good impression on them. The easiest way to do this is of course the signals sent by our body language.
