The materials used in Nail Art, also known as nail decoration, determine the method of Nail Art. Whether you use drawing, material decoration or transfer method, you will need different materials for each method. We have compiled some of the materials used in Nail Art application for you...
Liquid Latex: Liquid latex is used to prevent the nail polish acrylic paint or other liquid materials used during the procedure from overflowing beyond the nail line and discoloring the skin. It is applied on the skin in the nail frame and is easily separated from the skin when it dries.
Printing Plate: Hundreds of different types of printing plates are ready-made metal molds with patterns. The motif on the plate can be easily transferred to the nail.
Stamp: It is an apparatus that has the function of transferring the motif on the printing plate to the nail. Transparent ones provide ease of use as they allow the transferred pattern to be seen.
Brushes: If you want to go beyond ready-made patterns and create your own drawing, you will need brushes. There are basically line brushes, fan brushes, punctuation brushes and long brushes with pointed tips.
Velvet Powder: These are tiny particles that give a velvet texture effect on the nail. There are quite a lot of color options.
Chrome Dust: Structurally similar to velvet powder, but the application method is different. Unlike velvet powder, it gives a metallic appearance.
Stones, Sequins, Beads etc: Materials such as stones, sequins, beads used for decoration should be of appropriate size and the part to be glued on the nail should be flat, not curved.
Foil: The motifs on the foils, which are usually gilded, are transferred directly onto the nail.
Water Transfer Sticker: With water transfer stickers, ready-made motifs are transferred directly onto the nail.
Ombre Sponge: It is generally used to transfer different shades of the main color to the nail in wavy form.
